Refund policy

CANCELLATION WITHIN  24 HOURS OF PURCHASE: 

Orders cancelled 24 hours or less from the time of purchase will receive a full (100%) refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

CANCELLATION AFTER 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE: 

Because our products are custom manufactured on-demand, orders cancelled more than 24 hours from the time of purchase will incur a Restocking Fee of 25% of the total purchase price (including applicable taxes). Refund amounts, less the Restocking Fee, will be processed within 10 business days.

CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPMENT: 

Orders cancelled after they have shipped will be ineligible for a refund of any amount.

REFUNDS:

Processing of refunds will take 5 - 10 business days. Any refunds that are approved over 90 days after purchase will be processed via bank transfer, not credit card or PayPal.
